Nicola tries to eat less
This is it. This is the year I am absolutely going to lose a million pounds and look fabulous in a bikini. I'm getting married in August, I've graduated and can't blame a heavy course load, and I've got plenty of time to cook healthy, wholesome, and toothsome meals.
I intend to do this by:
1. Eating healthier, obviously. I'm going to eat less (in general, but also... meat and more vegetables, and I'm going to (shudder) cut bread from my diet. And no bedtime snacks.
2. Exercising regularly. I had a good routine going...two hours on Mondays, an hour on Wednesday and Friday, and any weekend activity was a bonus. Silly university, closing the gym just because the students were gone.
3. Posting for the world and myself to see what I ate each day.
(today doesn't count!)
